About The Position

We are a growing, professional home improvement company seeking a highly skilled, customer-focused Service Professional to complete small to mid-size projects while identifying larger opportunities. This is not a “patch-and-go” handyman role. Our technicians are trained to deliver a premium client experience, build trust and uncover additional project opportunities, and increase average job size through professional recommendations. We handle the marketing and scheduling— you focus on delivering great work and maximizing each opportunity.

Requirements

• Strong carpentry skills (required)
• Experience in drywall, tile, and general repairs
• Own standard tools of the trade
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage workflow
• Valid driver’s license (clean record)

Nice To Haves

• 10+ years of paid experience in residential trades (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Complete carpentry, drywall, tile, and general home repairs
• Perform light remodeling and upgrade work
• Communicate clearly with homeowners to confirm scope and expectations
• Follow a structured on-site process to identify additional work
