The Service Process Coordinator performs relatively complex assignments with direct impact on the business by ensuring the quality of tasks or services provided. This role operates under little to no direct supervision and may service an expansive and/or diverse array of products/services. The coordinator applies working knowledge of technical and professional principles, concepts, and in-depth knowledge of team objectives. They understand how their duties contribute to the team/unit's objectives and how units coordinate efforts and resources. The role ensures the quality and service of self and others and may recommend new options to enhance productivity. Tact and diplomacy are required when exchanging complex or sensitive information, with sensitivity to audience diversity. Basic knowledge of the organization, business, and policies is necessary. The role is typically responsible for resolving basic to moderately complex problems based on practice and precedence, and is able to assess the applicability of similar experiences and evaluate options under circumstances not covered by procedures.
