About The Position

The Service Porter is responsible for greeting customers in the service lane, parking their cars, preparing their cars for service with protective coverings, and delivering them back to the customer for pickup. This role also involves delivering and picking up cars at multiple locations, maintaining the cleanliness of the service lane and shop area, and performing other miscellaneous duties and errands as assigned. The hours for this position are 2 pm - 6 pm.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Excellent customer service skills
• Positive attitude
• Ability to be a team player and take direction from others
• Saturday availability
• Ability to stand 4-8 hours per day
• Must be currently eligible to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the service lane
• Park customer cars
• Prep customer car for a cleanly service by lining the steering wheel & floor mats with protective covering
• Deliver customer cars to the front of our service area for pickup
• Deliver and pick up cars at multiple locations as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of service lane and shop area including emptying trash as needed
• Other miscellaneous duties/errands as assigned
