About The Position

We are seeking an outgoing and dependable Service Porter to join our team. In this role, you will greet customers arriving at the service department, assist with vehicle movement, and maintain cleanliness and order in the lot and service areas. This position requires a professional attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment.

Requirements

Valid and unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record
Professional and dependable work ethic
Strong focus on safety and customer service
Basic computer and internet skills
Excellent communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to read and understand instructions
Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed

Responsibilities

Greet customers at the service area warmly and professionally, answering questions and directing them appropriately
Install disposable protective coverings such as seat covers, steering wheel covers, and floor mats on vehicles brought in for service
Deliver keys and repair orders to Service Advisors after parking vehicles
Retrieve vehicles for customers during pick-up, ensure timely service, and thank customers for their business
Maintain safety and security standards in all activities
Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and educational classes as required
Perform other duties as assigned to support the service department
