We are seeking a dependable and outgoing Service Porter to join our team. This role focuses on greeting customers as they arrive at our service department and assisting with vehicle movement, shop cleanliness, and supporting our service advisors to ensure a smooth and professional experience.

Requirements

Valid and unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record
Professional and dependable work ethic
Strong safety awareness and customer service orientation
Basic computer and internet skills
Excellent communication skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to read and understand instructions clearly
Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand for extended periods, and lift heavy objects as needed

Responsibilities

Greet customers entering the service area with a friendly and professional attitude
Answer customer questions or direct them to the appropriate staff member
Install disposable protective coverings such as seat covers, steering wheel covers, and floor mats on vehicles brought in for service
Park and retrieve customer vehicles safely within the lot and service areas
Deliver keys and repair orders to Service Advisors promptly
Ensure vehicles are kept clean and free from damage while on the lot
Assist with cleaning and custodial duties in the shop and lot areas
Follow all safety and security procedures consistently
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and educational programs as required
Perform other duties as assigned to support the service team
