Fox Lexus is looking for a dependable Service Porter to support our Service Department and provide a great first impression for our guests. As a Service Porter, you play an important role in keeping the service drive running smoothly and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stay on your feet throughout the shift
Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

Welcoming customers and escorting them to the appropriate service team member
Parking vehicles in designated areas and retrieving vehicles for customers
Keeping the service drive organized, clean, and free of congestion
Communicating with Service Advisors or Managers when customers are waiting
Following all dealership policies related to vehicle care and safety
Assisting with moving inoperable vehicles as directed
Reporting any vehicle damage immediately to management
Supporting cleanliness and organization of the service drive and service department
Assisting with washing company or customer vehicles as needed
Helping with other service-related tasks to support team operations
