About The Position

Twin City Dodge, part of the Chariot Automotive Group, is hiring a full-time Service Porter. The role supports the service department and dealership by moving and parking customer vehicles, assisting with vehicle pick-up and delivery, keeping service and parking areas organized, and helping customers and staff. The porter is expected to handle vehicles carefully, follow dealership safety procedures, and maintain a clean, professional work environment. The work includes being outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to treating customer vehicles with care.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Previous dealership or automotive experience.

Responsibilities

• Move and park customer vehicles safely throughout the service department and dealership lot.
• Assist with vehicle pick-up and delivery as needed.
• Keep the service drive, parking areas, and lot organized and presentable.
• Help ensure customer vehicles are handled with care and returned in a timely manner.
• Assist service advisors and technicians with daily tasks.
• Follow dealership safety procedures and maintain a clean, professional work environment.
• Provide friendly, helpful service to customers and team members.
