About The Position

Harley-Davidson is seeking a Service Porter to assist with customer vehicle intake and delivery in the service drive. This role involves efficiently moving and organizing vehicles on dealership property, maintaining the cleanliness of service areas and vehicles, and supporting service advisors and technicians. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding customer service with a positive attitude.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to push, pull, and maneuver motorcycles weighing up to 900 pounds (with assistance).
• Ability to stand, walk, and move around the dealership for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

Nice To Haves

• Previous automotive or customer service experience preferred but not required.
