About The Position
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Service Porter to join our team in Cleveland, TN. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for our service customers by providing excellent support and maintaining the service area.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to safely park and move vehicles.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to stock and organize amenities efficiently.
- Availability to work on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday hours.
Responsibilities
- Greet service customers promptly and courteously upon arrival.
- Park customer vehicles safely and efficiently in designated areas.
- Drive the service shuttle to transport customers as needed.
- Stock and maintain service amenities to ensure availability and cleanliness.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area.
