About The Position

A Porter is responsible for moving and parking cars and ensuring a tidy service department. This role involves managing vehicle flow in the service drive, assisting service advisors with tasks like tracking keys, cleaning cars, and driving vehicles after repairs. The Porter also ensures the dealership display standards are met, handles customer requests, and maintains cleanliness of the parking lot and service areas. Additionally, this position may involve backing up the shuttle driver and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle flow in service drive
• Keep track of key tasks
• Clean cars
• Drive vehicles from service stalls
• Follow dealership display standards
• Field customer requests
• Ensure customer vehicles are ready for return after service department repairs
• Clean parking lot, service stalls, and other vehicle areas
• Back up shuttle driver
• Service customer needs with a positive attitude
