We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Service Porter to support our busy service department. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering a great experience for our customers.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Friendly attitude and willingness to help customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be on your feet for extended periods
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in the service drive and assist with initial check-in
- Move and park customer vehicles safely and efficiently
- Keep the service drive, shop, and parking areas clean and organized
- Wash and vacuum customer vehicles as needed
- Shuttle vehicles and occasionally assist with customer transportation
- Support service advisors and technicians with daily tasks
