About The Position
We are looking for a Service Porter to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a positive attitude and a great driving record. A Service Valet is typically responsible for assisting customers with their vehicles, providing valet services at designated locations such as hotels, restaurants, or events.
Requirements
- Ability to complete assigned tasks
- Self-starter with the ability to work well as part of a team or independently
- Positive attitude and can-do mentality
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Greet customers courteously and assist with parking their vehicles in designated areas.
- Retrieve vehicles promptly upon customer request, ensuring efficient and timely service.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, directions, and any additional requests they may have.
- Handle customer concerns or issues professionally and escalate as necessary.
- Handle vehicles with care, ensuring no damage occurs during the valet process.
- Report any damages or issues with vehicles immediately to the appropriate personnel.
- Keep the valet area clean and organized.
- Perform routine inspections to ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the parking area.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers.
- Provide clear instructions to customers regarding valet procedures.
- Other duties as assigned
