About The Position

Team Mazda in Baton Rouge is seeking a Service Porter / Shuttle Driver to support dealership service operations and provide a positive customer experience. The role includes maintaining clean and professional service areas, transporting guests or vehicles, communicating with the dealership team, and assisting technicians as needed. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Work takes place indoors and outdoors, including in varying weather conditions.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
Strong multitasking skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
Ability to lift 30 pounds and move around the lot.

Responsibilities

Keep service bays, shop areas, and waiting spaces clean and professional.
Maintain a safe, debris-free service drive by clearing dirt, water, leaves, and other debris.
Provide courteous shuttle services by driving guests to their homes or workplaces or delivering vehicles.
Operate vehicles safely, using sound judgment and following traffic rules.
Communicate effectively with the dealership team using a cell phone.
Empty and maintain clean trash receptacles throughout the service area.
Maintain professional discretion and deliver friendly, high-quality customer service.
Work indoors and outdoors and adapt to varying weather conditions.
Assist technicians and support overall service operations as needed.
