The Porter Manager will manage the Service Porters for Lehigh Valley Honda. This role is part of the Vinart dealership group, which consists of Acura, Honda, and Hyundai, Mercedes-Benz, and Porsche automobile brands. Vinart has approximately 400 employees and is focused on internal promotion and career advancement within the automotive industry, offering a fun, high-energy environment. Requirements
- Leadership/ supervisory experience required
- Customer service background
- Valid drivers license
- High School Diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Manage Schedules
- Manage the service drive vehicle flow
- Assist in interviews
- Assist in training, accountability and disciplinary actions as needed
- Manage customer valets and in-house shuttles
- Assist in department growth and success
- Any other needs/ tasks to ensure proper department operations
