About The Position

Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning is seeking licensed Service Plumbers who take pride in their craft and understand that great service begins with building customer trust. In this role, you will utilize your experience to resolve residential plumbing issues, educate homeowners on their choices, and perform repairs you can be confident in. The position offers uncapped earning potential, company-provided equipment, and continuous education to foster career growth.

Requirements

• An active Tradesman, Journeyman, or Master Plumbing License
• Residential plumbing service and repair experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills, including the ability to present and sell recommended repairs
• The ability to guide and train an apprentice
• Comfort using an iPad and ServiceTitan
• A valid driver’s license with no major violations within the last three years

Responsibilities

• Diagnose residential plumbing problems and recommend solutions that fit the customer’s needs.
• Clearly explain repair options, answer questions, and earn the customer’s confidence.
• Service and repair plumbing systems, including leak location, tankless and tank-type water heaters, water filtration, fixtures, drain cleaning, and drain line replacement.
• Guide and train an apprentice through hands-on experience.
• Keep accurate service records using your company-provided iPad and ServiceTitan.
