Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in residential service, repair, replacement, and installations.
• A passion for exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Professional, reliable, ethical, courteous, friendly, team player.
• Goal-oriented, willing to learn new skills.
• Thorough and accurate diagnostic skills.
• Quality workmanship a must.
• Proficient math and writing skills.
• Must be drug-free.
• Must have no felony convictions.
• Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check.

Nice To Haves

• Prior sales training, SGI, PSI, Contractors 2000, or Nexstar training.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, replacement, and installations in residential settings.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Diagnose issues thoroughly and accurately.

• Maintain a clean-cut appearance.
