About The Position

Our client is a growing South Florida home-services company specializing in residential and light-commercial plumbing. They are building out their team to keep up with strong, organic demand and are investing in growth, more trucks, more schedules, and more service capacity across the Delray Beach and greater South Florida area. We are looking for a Service Plumber who can run their own calls from start to finish and deliver a great customer experience. This is a hands-on service role: diagnosing issues in customers' homes and businesses, making the repair, and confidently walking the customer through options and recommended work. The ideal person is technically strong and comfortable talking to customers, quoting work on site, and identifying additional service the customer genuinely needs.

Requirements

• Hands-on service plumbing experience with the ability to run calls independently.
• Comfortable diagnosing, quoting, and selling recommended work to customers on site.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Reliable, professional, and customer-focused in occupied homes and businesses.
• Based in or able to commute to the Delray Beach / South Florida area.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Plumbing license or journeyman card is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Run residential and light-commercial service calls independently: diagnostics, repairs, installs, and follow-through.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and clearly explain the problem and the options to the homeowner or business owner.
• Quote work on site and present recommended repairs and upgrades in a straightforward, trustworthy way.
• Handle service plumbing such as leaks, water heaters (tank and tankless), fixtures, drains, and repipes.
• Keep the truck stocked, maintain clean job sites, and represent the company professionally in customers' homes.
• Take on overflow work as the company grows, and help set the standard as the team expands.
