Requirements
- Residential plumbing experience required
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Professional appearance and customer-first mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
- Valid Washington driver’s license
- Appropriate Washington plumbing licensing (or ability to obtain)
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
- Perform drain cleaning, sewer services, water line repairs, fixture installations, and repipes
- Respond to emergency service calls, including after-hours when on rotation
- Communicate clearly with customers about problems and solutions
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and company vehicle
- Follow Washington plumbing code and company standards
- Complete service documentation accurately and professionally
