Requirements
- State License Journeyman in Plumbing
- Backflow Certification is a Requirement
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Minimum of five (5) years of plumbing experience within a service role
- Able to lift to sixty (60) pounds
- Capable of ascending ladders up to a height of thirty (30) feet
- High School diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities
- Perform all aspects of commercial service plumbing and gasfitting, backflow testing and repair.
- Install, troubleshoot, service and repair plumbing systems in office buildings, and other commercial establishments as assigned.
- Conduct inspections of plumbing systems as required.
- Provide direction and support to sub-contractors designated to perform repair of equipment and/or hardware.
- Interface with building managers and other customer representatives in order to ensure client satisfaction.
- Accurately document work performed on trouble tickets or work orders.
- Place and/or remove systems, hardware and equipment as required.
- Purchase materials and supplies, and maintain inventory as required for timely work completion.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
