Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of plumbing service experience
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Comfortable using technology in the field
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Positive attitude, reliability, and professionalism
Nice To Haves
- experience with ServiceTitan (or a similar platform) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Install fixtures, water heaters, piping systems, and more
- Communicate clearly with customers and deliver outstanding service
- Use ServiceTitan to manage your schedule, document work performed and parts used, and keep job records accurate and up to date
- Work independently and efficiently while upholding safety and quality standards
