Requirements

Minimum 6 years experience working in the plumbing industry
Minimum 5 years of customer service related experience
Must be able to climb and balance on ladders, stand/ or sit for long periods at a time
Must not have a fear of heights
Valid Florida Driver's License is required
Incumbent must be insurable at all times by CES insurance carrier

Nice To Haves

Florida State Journeyman license preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Maintain a presentable and professional appearance at all times.
Provide top quality workmanship at all times.
Ensure all work performed is compliant with company standards.
Offer sound recommendations for customer issues, issue proposals with recommendations, and/or pass information to the office for repair proposals.
Discuss repairs with customers and point out any other necessary repairs to ensure safety and sanitation.
Complete all job tasks as expected by the customer and follow up in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Complete all work orders, ensuring they are accurate, legible, and completed in a timely fashion.
Help train team members on CES standards, customer standards, and plumbing practices.
Travel to various plumbing supply outlets as requested by the Service Manager.
