About The Position
Earl's Plumbing, Heating & Air is hiring a Service Plumber Apprentice in the Lubbock area. This full-time role is suited to motivated candidates looking to begin or advance a plumbing career. The apprentice works alongside experienced professionals and receives paid training, mentorship, and opportunities for career advancement. No plumbing experience is required for candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. The role involves assisting with residential plumbing installations, repairs, inspections, and troubleshooting while learning plumbing codes, safety procedures, and industry best practices. Apprentices also communicate with customers and teammates, maintain service records, and keep vehicles, tools, and work areas organized. Responsibilities
- Assist with installation and repair of residential plumbing systems.
- Install and replace sinks, faucets, toilets, water heaters, and fixtures.
