About The Position

Earl's Plumbing, Heating & Air is hiring a full-time Service Plumber Apprentice in the Lubbock area. The apprentice works alongside experienced plumbing professionals, receives paid training and mentorship, and develops skills in residential plumbing installation, repair, troubleshooting, safety, and customer service. Responsibilities

• Assist with installation and repair of residential plumbing systems.
• Install and replace sinks, faucets, toilets, water heaters, and fixtures.
• Inspect plumbing systems and identify potential issues.
• Troubleshoot leaks and perform basic repairs.
• Learn plumbing codes, safety procedures, and industry best practices.
• Communicate professionally with customers and teammates.
• Maintain accurate service records and work reports.
• Keep company vehicles, tools, and work areas organized.
