About The Position

BeaconMedaes is looking for a full-time Service Plan Administrator to join their team. This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter with a history of providing exceptional customer service. The position involves assisting with daily and administrative routines under the guidance of the Service Coordinator Lead/Manager. Key responsibilities include maintaining and renewing service contracts in SAP, monitoring service contract invoicing, managing service contract files, and assisting with reporting service contract information and performance. The role also supports the integration of new service products into the service contract system and fosters relationships with regional sales, service, and support staff to provide optimal support. The incumbent is expected to be proactive in completing tasks and maintaining necessary communications. Additionally, the role involves maintaining new product information, such as extended warranty program literature, and upholding confidentiality. Other duties as assigned may also be part of the role.

Requirements

  • Proven hands on experience with SAP
  • Proven communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Positive attitude, self-starter and capable of multi-tasking, managing projects and working effectively with colleagues
  • High energy and willingness to provide high level of customer support
  • Two year college degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel/Word and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and renew service contracts in SAP for all regions
  • Perform and monitor service contract invoicing
  • Maintain service contract files in accordance with quality procedures
  • Assist in reporting service contract information and performance to regional and corporate management
  • Assist in integration of new service products into the service contract system
  • Provide best possible support by developing, maintaining relationships with regional sales, service and support staff
  • Take whatever action is appropriate and required to get the job done and to establish and maintain communications with all people/employees considered necessary to get the job done
  • Maintain new product information (i.e. extended warranty program literature for promoting aftermarket service products)
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Perform other duties as assigned
