PDI Technician Description The PDI Technician is the primary contact for incoming inventory, inspecting each incoming unit for dirt, chips or defects in paint; operation of standard equipment (IE: windows, radio, wipers, etc) and optional equipment ensuring that special order parts are installed (IE: bedliners, step rails, etc) before turning over keys to the sales department.
Requirements
- organized and able to multi-task and follow directions from the Service and Sales Management Team
- comfortable with and make use of all of the programs that we use including CDK, Rapid Recon, Microsoft 365 and Teams as well as various Manufacturer websites
- valid driver license
- acceptable records check
