EAM-Mosca Corp., Hazle Township PA, a dynamic market leader in the area of end-of-line automated packaging machinery and consumable strapping solutions, is seeking an experienced Service Parts Specialist to support our service techs in the field by maintaining Service inventory and fulfilling our parts orders. Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in a field service organization
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent in lieu of experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused, high-pressure environment
  • Ability to organize and compartmentalize urgent tasks from routine tasks and ensure urgent work is driven to completion, ensuring the parts were shipped.
  • Ability to work with multiple divisions within the organization and third-party shippers to complete an order process.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Experience working with ERP systems like AS400, SAP
  • Knowledge of Service Management organizations and parts systems.
  • Understanding of basic principles of Supply chain management
  • Superb time management and detail orientation
  • Ability to keep company information confidential
  • Experience using Microsoft 360 Suite, Teams and SharePoint

Responsibilities

  • Managing Service parts inventory and ensuring timely availability for technicians by handling orders, backorders, and returns.
  • Maintaining tools and van stock.
  • Supporting new hires with parts setup.
  • Conducting regular inventory audits.
  • Sourcing parts across locations as needed.
  • Maintaining proper parts inventory in all Service vans and One Service B kits by reconciling service consumption, replenishment, and backorders based on established Hi/ Low levels.
  • Fulfilling parts orders on demand as the technician places parts orders for continued service repairs, warranty, and emergency work.
  • Creating AS400 parts quotes at the request of Service technicians and/or Managers.
  • Creating Return Authorization for any warranty-related parts orders, auditing inventorying, finalizing any RA documentation, and regularly identifying any outstanding RA.
  • Keeping track of all Service-related backorders.
  • Maintaining internal service inventory of uniforms, tools, and electronic specialty tools.
  • Creating High/Low limits.
  • Placing orders for new hires and service techs.
  • Maintaining and keeping new van part kits ready for new hires.
  • Conducting annual audits of all Service Part Locations by working with techs and accounting to audit all Service Parts locations physically.
  • Researching parts availability in multiple EAM locations, including Canada and Mexico, making necessary arrangements to acquire these parts in the provided systems.
