As part of our Customer Service team, you’ll play a critical role in supporting both internal and external customers by managing parts orders, solving problems, and ensuring every interaction reflects the excellence Kustom is known for. Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Minimum 2 years of clerical or customer service experience preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail
  • Ability to handle pressure and juggle multiple priorities
  • Quick learner with a willingness to grow and take on new responsibilities
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Comfort with data entry and the ability to learn KSI-specific software
  • Confident phone presence and a customer-first mindset
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit
  • Basic math and technical aptitude for interpreting parts and pricing
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a quiet, climate-controlled environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert support to customers and colleagues with parts-related inquiries
  • Accurately quote, process, and track customer parts orders
  • Handle calls and emails with a professional, positive attitude
  • Create purchase orders and manage inventory to fulfill customer needs
  • Process credit card payments and maintain financial accuracy
  • Maintain detailed and organized reports and documentation
  • Ensure quality control of outgoing parts shipments
  • Read and interpret parts and assembly drawings to provide informed service
  • Collaborate with your team to continuously improve service processes
