About The Position

Identify and nurture opportunity from inbound generated leads as well as focused, proactive outbound sales activity. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within your customer base and the Schneider Electric Business is fundamental to the success in role. You will be required to understand a technical offer and the part it plays in the wider Schneider solution for the customer.

Requirements

  • Hold a four-year engineering or business degree.
  • Have a technical or engineering background, and are familiar with building construction, HVAC, and building automation/smart building technology.
  • Like selling, but are looking for a flexible work environment.
  • Enjoy customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales organization by identifying, qualifying, and quoting service parts opportunities for existing and prospective customers.
  • Prepare accurate parts quotations, pricing, and proposals for repair, maintenance, retrofit, modernization, and service agreement-related opportunities.
  • Proactively follow up on parts quotations and customer inquiries to maximize conversion rates and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to understand equipment lifecycle needs and identify opportunities for replacement, upgrade, and modernization solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with local sales teams, service technicians, procurement, and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts solutions.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Schneider Electric's Digital Energy, Power, Building Automation, and related service parts portfolios.
  • Research legacy equipment and identify compatible replacement, retrofit, and upgrade options to support customer reliability and sustainability goals.
  • Maintain exceptional levels of customer interaction through prompt communication, responsiveness, and professional support.
  • Accurately manage opportunity, quotation, and customer information within Schneider Electric systems, ensuring all reporting and forecasting requirements are met.
  • Participate in ongoing product, technical, and sales training to expand knowledge of Schneider Electric products, services, and value propositions.
