About The Position

XDS is seeking a Service Parts & Fulfillment Technician to join their full-time team in Downey, California. This role is responsible for preparing service parts and small products, fulfilling dealer and D2C orders, managing inbound and outbound shipments, and maintaining an organized parts-storage area. The primary focus will be on service parts and small product fulfillment, with additional support for broader warehouse operations under the Warehouse Manager. The company, XDS, is the world's largest bicycle maker by volume and a leading producer of carbon-fiber frames, launching its in-house brand, X-LAB, in the U.S. market.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in parts operations, warehouse fulfillment, e-commerce fulfillment, bicycle service, automotive parts, or a similar hands-on environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using basic hand tools.
  • Experience inspecting, cleaning, assembling, or performing light cosmetic repairs on products or components.
  • Strong attention to detail when working with part numbers, quantities, inventory records, and shipping information.
  • Comfortable using inventory systems, spreadsheets, shipping software, barcode scanners, and related tools.
  • Able to prioritize dealer, warranty, and D2C fulfillment requests and complete work with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with bicycles or bicycle components.
  • E-commerce or Shopify fulfillment experience.
  • Forklift and pallet-jack experience.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect, clean, perform light cosmetic touch-ups, label, and prepare service parts and small products.
  • Pick, pack, and ship warranty, service, dealer, and D2C customer orders accurately and on time.
  • Support dealer needs by preparing parts orders and responding to urgent service-parts fulfillment requests.
  • Create shipping labels, coordinate carrier pickups, and maintain accurate shipment records.
  • Receive, count, inspect, and properly store inbound parts, accessories, and small products.
  • Assist with container unloading, inbound receiving, and product put-away as needed.
  • Maintain clean, clearly labeled, and organized shelving and parts-storage areas.
  • Perform cycle counts, inventory checks, and location audits as directed by the Inventory Control & Bookkeeping Specialist.
  • Follow the Inventory Control & Bookkeeping Specialist’s procedures for receiving documentation, stock movements, inventory adjustments, damaged goods, and warehouse record-keeping.
  • Promptly report inventory discrepancies and provide supporting counts, photos, shipping records, or other documentation as requested.
  • Help establish repeatable receiving, storage, packing, and fulfillment procedures as the operation grows.
  • Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager on daily operations and with the Inventory Control & Bookkeeping Lead on inventory-control and warehouse recordkeeping matters.
  • When service-parts and small-product fulfillment responsibilities are completed, assist the Warehouse Manager with receiving, inventory organization, order preparation, and other general warehouse needs.
