About The Position

Our Service Engineer defines spare parts configuration, prepares Bill of Materials, and packaging requirements utilizing multiple technical documentation systems. Works in close cooperation with the Head of Program Management and our customers to obtain mutual agreement on spare parts portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field from an accredited four-year college or university required
• Minimum of 5 to 8+ years previous or related experience
• Ability to manage multiple short and long-term projects with multiple work streams or departments to successful completion
• Ability to identify and take the initiative to solve complex problems, work within deadlines with high attention to detail, and work independently in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to interface cross functionally throughout various geographical regions and different cultures - influence and develop strong working relationships with all levels of employees, and senior level management and/or executives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation delivery
• Advanced computer skills, especially in MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint

Nice To Haves

• Product & Project Management experience preferred
• SAP experience preferred
• Automotive / Commercial Vehicle industry experience preferred
