We are searching for a technically minded professional with the ability to quickly field support requests, place internal and external parts orders, and conduct in-depth research to identify correct part numbers. Learning and retaining product knowledge is necessary to ensure the correct parts are being ordered and shipped according to engineering documentation. Clear and concise communication across multiple departments will be key. This position is within the Service Parts Support team and reports directly to the Service Parts Manager.
