Responsible for assisting all Distribution Business customers, technicians, and other parts personnel in securing needed parts and supplies under moderate or direct supervision. We are looking for a talented Service Parts Associate to join our Distribution business in North Las Vegas, NV.

• Assisting all Distribution Business customers, technicians, and other parts personnel in securing needed parts and supplies under moderate or direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Support customers, technicians, and internal teams by sourcing and securing required parts and supplies
• Perform parts counter duties including answering calls, assisting walk-in customers, and processing orders and transactions
• Handle order processing, invoicing, cash/credit transactions, and maintain accurate documentation
• Support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations as needed
• Utilize systems, catalogs, and tools to identify and source parts efficiently
• Maintain strong customer relationships by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental policies and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Identify opportunities to upsell related parts and services when appropriate
• Support continuous improvement efforts within the parts and distribution function
