About The Position

We are looking for a talented Service Parts Associate to join our team specializing in parts for our Distribution Center located in Candiac, QC. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

* Follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, perform system transactions, and dispatch parts at the local branch, while checking for damage and discrepancies.
* Provide accurate documentation and maintain ongoing communication with customers throughout the entire process.
* Work with internal and external customers at the parts counter in the local branch.
* Complete required training in line with business requirements.
* Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
* Comply with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, policies, procedures, and regulations.
