About The Position

We are looking for a talented Service Parts Associate to join our team specializing in Parts for our Distribution Unit in Clinton Township, MI. In this role, you will make an impact by following established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, perform system transactions and dispatch parts in the local branch, checking for damage and discrepancies. You will provide accurate documentation and continual communication to the customer throughout the entire process. You will work with internal and external customers at the parts counter in the local branch, complete training in line with business requirements, operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery, and comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures & regulations.

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to effectively communicate in a positive and professional manner.
Prior experience in service & and repair, or parts preferred.
Excellent computer skills using multiple software platforms.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Ability to escalate technical issues, obtain product technical issue information, and utilize available resources.
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, generating reports, and advanced level computer skills.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Requires some work experience or intermediate level of knowledge obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
