About The Position

Responsible for assisting all Distribution Business customers, technicians, and other parts personnel in securing needed parts and supplies under moderate or direct supervision. Requirements

Experience in parts sales, customer service, warehouse operations, or inventory management.
Ability to identify, source, and process parts orders using catalogs and business systems.
Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and computer-based inventory/order management systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, generating reports, and advanced level computer skills.
Requires some work experience or intermediate level of knowledge obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting heavy-duty, automotive, industrial, or equipment parts operations is preferred.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Responsibilities

Assist customers, technicians, and internal teams with identifying and ordering the correct parts and supplies.
Process parts orders, customer transactions, shipping, receiving, and inventory activities.
Utilize parts catalogs, systems, and technical resources to source parts efficiently and accurately.
Maintain strong customer relationships by providing timely support and identifying upsell opportunities when appropriate.
Support inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, and compliance with Cummins Health, Safety & Environmental policies.
Supports receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and customer service while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
