About The Position

CatchAir is seeking energetic and reliable Service Ops team members (Cashiers) to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role serves as the first point of contact for our guests, making it one of the most important positions in creating a positive and lasting impression. Service Ops team members set the tone for each visit through friendly, efficient, and engaging interactions. This role is responsible for handling transactions, assisting guests, and supporting both the front desk and café operations. Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, family-focused environment. Requirements

  • Availability to work 4–8 hour shifts
  • Must be able to work weekends
  • Holiday availability required as needed
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Ability to stand, walk, and be active for extended periods
  • Ability to lift light to moderate items as needed
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Basic math skills and experience handling money preferred
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to all guests
  • Accurately handle cash, card, and digital transactions
  • Take food and beverage orders in the café area
  • Assist with preparing and delivering café items as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service desk and café area
  • Answer guest questions and assist with check-in and purchases
  • Support team members and assist with operational needs as required
  • Follow all company policies and cash-handling procedures
