We are searching for the best talent for Service Operations Coordinator POSITION SUMMARY Organizes key tasks for the non-technical service department as an established support individual contributor that executes tasks that are typically routine, with some deviation from standard practice. Maintains support for internal teams in the non-technical service function. Follows administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables. Operates to keep high standards of professionalism, efficiency, personal communication, discretion, and independent judgment. Observes teams' adherence to departmental timelines and objectives to track compliance and progress towards goals and relays findings to senior representatives. Assists development of non-technical processes based on analysis and feedback as needed. Adheres to environmental policy, procedures, and supports department environmental objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Customer service oriented
  • Attention to detail
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

  • Medical device industry, service and support experience (preferred)
  • SAP experience (preferred)
  • Salesforce experience (preferred)
  • Data analysis skill (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Processing of all service-related billings (including performing account updates as necessary to ensure billing accuracy)
  • Supporting typically routine queries from internal/external customers regarding issues or questions related to Service.
  • Managing and following-up on service reporting requests and billing issues
  • Tracking and maintaining all installation reports and required documents for revenue recognition
  • Managing Service purchase requisitions/purchase orders and departmental SOPs.
  • Supporting field service inventory cycle counts for quarterly financial submission.
  • Assigning and updating work centers for field service personnel.
  • Creating, monitoring, and/or analyzing data to track and evaluate performance.
  • Providing essential reports to Service management and other Service-related support as assigned

  • Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
  • Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
