The Service Operations Associate I is a critical operational role within the Client Service department, executing administrative and transactional functions that support the firm’s service delivery. The centralized team works from a shared queue to process client requests, including paperwork, money movement, account maintenance, and custodial interactions. The role complements the Relationship Manager function by handling behind-the-scenes execution that supports a seamless client experience. It is not client-facing, but contributes to operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and consistent service delivery. The position offers a career path to Service Operations Associate II and III, with increasing complexity, ownership, and leadership responsibilities. The Associate II role takes greater ownership of complex transactions, custodial relationships, and process improvement. The Associate III role provides leadership, mentors junior associates, and drives strategic operational enhancements. The role is scheduled during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional early or late hours to meet business tasks and deadlines. Non-exempt employees must record their work time daily and take a 30-minute unpaid lunch period. Work may be performed in a professional office or a dedicated home office workspace free of interruptions; basic technology needs will be provided. The position involves routinely sitting and standing for periods of time. Base pay is $29–$33 per hour, with eligibility for incentive compensation. Actual base pay depends on factors including location, experience, education, skills, and licenses or certifications.
