About The Position

The Service Now Developer will work on discovery, integrations, and incident management within the ServiceNow platform as part of a client project. The role contributes to enhancing the end-to-end certificate management process, including discovery, inbound integrations, and incident-related work. Developers are matrixed into the client's project and report to the Senior Manager of IT Service Management. The team is deploying new AI functionality in the ITSM space regularly, with further functionality planned for 2027. The position is a contract role based in a hybrid workplace, with onsite work three days per week in Irving, Texas, or Charlotte, North Carolina. Candidates must be able to work on a W-2 basis; sponsorship is not available.

Requirements

Experience with ServiceNow, IT service management (ITSM), and discovery.
ServiceNow CDA and CSA certifications are required.
Experience with inbound integrations into ServiceNow.
Knowledge of configuring staging tables, transforms, and IRE rules.
Must be able to work on a W-2 basis; sponsorship is not available.

Nice To Haves

Experience with the ServiceNow Certificate Management Module is highly desired.
Strong ServiceNow Discovery experience is crucial, including for candidates without certificate management experience.
Preference for candidates who have held their CAD and CSA certifications for at least five months.

Responsibilities
