About The Position

We’re looking for a driven, organized, and business-minded Service Manager to lead the service department at our high-volume powersports dealership in Saskatoon. This is more than a management role—it’s an opportunity to run a business within a business. FFUN Motorsports Saskatoon represents multiple major brands across snowmobiles, off-road vehicles, motorcycles, and marine. Requirements

• Proven experience in a Service Manager or senior service leadership role
• Strong organizational and operational discipline
• A mindset focused on growth, accountability, and results
• Ability to manage both people and financial performance
• Comfortable working across multiple product categories and brands
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Someone who takes ownership and treats the department like their own business

Nice To Haves

• Experience in powersports, automotive, or a related industry is preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the service department including technicians, advisors, and workflow
• Drive shop productivity, efficiency, and profitability
• Build and execute plans to grow service revenue and RO count
• Manage scheduling, work distribution, and turnaround times
• Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and communication
• Monitor and improve key KPIs including labour gross, effective labour rate, and technician efficiency
• Collaborate with Sales, Parts, and Leadership to maximize total dealership performance
• Maintain strong organization across work orders, warranty, and internal processes
• Recruit, develop, and coach a high-performing team
