About The Position

Are you ready to grow your career with a leading commercial roofing company? We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Manager to lead service operations, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships within our growing division. In this role, you will oversee field operations, sales, estimating, project management, and team development while ensuring safety, quality, and profitability. You’ll work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service and long-term roofing solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing or a related industry, with a focus on service management, estimating, and project oversight
• Proven track record of managing and growing service operations, fostering client relationships, and ensuring high-quality service delivery
• In-depth knowledge of commercial roofing and service industry standards
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with estimating, project oversight, and client management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and budgeting/reporting tools
• Ability to create and manage budgets and key performance metrics
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
