About The Position

We are looking for a high-energy leader who thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment to lead our Service Department as our next Service Manager. The ideal candidate knows how to motivate a team, drive performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while keeping the shop running efficiently.

Requirements

  • Maintain compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies
  • Proven track record of increasing service revenue and CSI scores
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

  • CDK/Reynolds & Reynolds (or similar DMS) experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Associate or bachelor's degree a plus

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily service department operations
  • Lead and support a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve escalated concerns
  • Monitor and improve workflow, scheduling, and shop productivity
  • Manage budgets, expenses, and performance reporting
  • Coordinate closely with Parts, Sales, and Finance departments
  • Maintain compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate service department team members
  • Other duties as assigned by management
