Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3-5 years of experience in a tire service center.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (past 3 years).
- Strong understanding of vehicle systems and repair procedures.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and oversee work for tire technicians, alignment technicians, and mechanics.
- Maintain exceptional customer service by addressing concerns quickly and professionally.
- Partner with the sales team to promote service packages and increase product movement.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
- Manage parts inventory, ensuring adequate stock and timely replenishment.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment that follows all safety protocols.
