About The Position

MH Eby is a family-owned manufacturer of aluminum trailers, truck bodies, and transportation equipment that has been serving customers across North America since 1938. We build products known for quality craftsmanship, durability, and innovation while creating an environment where employees can learn, grow, and contribute across multiple areas of the business, making a meaningful impact for our team and customers alike. As a Service Manager, you will lead the daily operations of our service department, ensuring repair work is completed safely, efficiently, profitably, and to the high standards our customers expect. You will coach service advisors, shop foremen, and technicians by providing training, performance feedback, technical guidance, and the support they need to succeed. This role involves overseeing scheduling, repair estimates, parts procurement, quality control inspections, and workflow to keep projects moving and customers informed. You will also build strong relationships with customers by resolving concerns, negotiating insurance repairs when needed, and creating a service experience that earns repeat business and referrals.
