About The Position

Razzari Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for an experienced, driven, and customer-focused Service Manager to lead our growing Fixed Operations team. We are seeking a proven leader with a strong background in automotive service management who is passionate about building successful teams, delivering outstanding customer satisfaction, and achieving exceptional business results. Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of automotive Service Manager experience (CDJR/Stellantis experience a plus).
• Proven record of maintaining excellent CSI scores and customer retention.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
• Deep understanding of dealership fixed operations, service department financials, and operational performance.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to motivate employees while fostering a collaborative, team-first culture.
• Experience with dealership management systems and service scheduling software.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all daily operations of the Service Department.
• Lead, coach, and develop Service Advisors, Technicians and support staff.
• Create a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability, communication, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain and improve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores through exceptional customer service.
• Monitor department productivity, technician efficiency, labor sales, gross profit, and overall performance.
• Ensure repair orders are processed accurately and completed in a timely manner while maintaining Stellantis warranty compliance.
• Partner with the Parts Department to maximize technician productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Establish department goals, monitor key performance indicators, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally while building long-term customer relationships.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all dealership, manufacturer, and safety standards.
