Yancey Bros. Co. is seeking a Service Manager to lead sales, logistics, and field service operations. As a leader in Georgia's Caterpillar equipment dealership since 1914, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality sales, parts, and service. Requirements

  • Minimum five years in a sales operations, business planning, or sales and service support management role.
  • Experience successfully managing analytically rigorous corporate initiatives.

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a four year college or university or related equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead sales, logistics, and field service.
  • Recruit, hire, and train all logistic and field service personnel.
  • Ensure safety in all operations.
  • Oversee field service operations, including warranty field service.
  • Coordinate outgoing new equipment packages.
  • Coach and develop team members.
  • Conduct performance reviews.
  • Participate in the required safety program and work in a safe manner.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by manager.
