Requirements

Proven experience in automotive service management or a related field.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Customer-focused with exceptional communication skills.
Familiarity with automotive service software and industry standards.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day activities of the service department to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Supervise, train, and motivate service advisors and technicians to achieve excellent customer service and operational goals.
Coordinate with parts and sales departments to meet customer needs effectively and promptly.
Maintain accurate records and reports on service activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines within the service department.
Monitor and manage departmental budgets, expenses, and inventory levels.
Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continually enhance service offerings.
