Requirements

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Manager or Fixed Operations leader
• Proven success leading high-volume service departments and achieving performance goals
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service abilities
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing departmental profitability and KPIs
• Experience with dealership management systems and modern automotive technology
• A passion for developing people and delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screen (background & hair follicle drug test)
