About The Position

NOVO Health Services offers linen management solutions to the healthcare industry, focusing on safety and infection control. They provide hospitals with a value-driven linen management control system that measures and monitors linen utilization by department to eliminate excess internal costs. NOVO's regional healthcare linen facilities are HLAC accredited and operate with state-of-the-art processing equipment and processes. This role involves managing the daily account functions such as audits, scrub counts, route reconciliations, truck maintenance logs, and linen reconciliation to ensure customer retention. The Service Manager will hire, train, develop, and coach Route Service Representatives (RSRs) to ensure they deliver the right product, in the right quantity, within the right time window. This is a hands-on leadership role where the manager is expected to cover routes during absences, manage route logistics, and potentially act as an RSR during market startups.

Requirements

• Previous management experience.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Experience in a route-based or distribution environment is ideal.
• Demonstrated quality focus and a customer-centric mindset.
• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA compliance.
• Financial awareness and comfort with numbers.
• Ability to adapt quickly to competing demands and a rapidly growing customer base.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass customer credentialing requirements.

• A bachelor's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and coach Route Service Representatives (RSRs).

• Cover routes during absences.

• Ensure fleet safety, cleanliness, and road-readiness.
• Monitor and manage the financial aspects of the routes.
