About The Position

At Boomerang Marine and Sports, our goal is to be the premier destination for outdoor fun. Our family-owned company, in its 3rd generation of ownership since 1951, is seeking a Service Manager for our Melrose, MN location. In this role, you will leverage your customer service skills to assist customers and employees, ensuring the best customer experience while addressing Marine and Powersports service needs. Your ability to listen to customers and identify their needs will enable you to direct them to the right solutions for repairing and maintaining their boats, ATVs, or UTVs. Furthermore, your leadership and management skills will be crucial in meeting monthly goals and objectives, ensuring the service department's profitability and efficiency.
